For 2.5 days at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel, entrepreneurs stepped away from the daily grind to reconnect with their purpose, deepen relationships, and reignite the passion that drives them. An Event Built for Connection
EO XCentric was a gathering designed to help entrepreneurs slow down, step back, and remember why they started. Between general sessions featuring powerhouse speakers like Ryan Holiday, NFL legend Emmitt Smith, Geoff Woods, John Foley, and Justin Wren, and breakout conversations that went deep, attendees found space to learn from peers who genuinely understand the unique challenges of building and leading businesses.
The theme—Unbridled—captured that spirit perfectly. No holding back. No pretense. Just real conversations among people who relate.
The Challenge: When you bring together hundreds of entrepreneurs from different continents, industries, and business stages, the technical execution has to be invisible. Any stumble—audio feedback, video delays, missed cues—pulls people out of the moment.
Our job was to make sure the technology never became the story. The relationships, the insights, and the transformations happening in the room? Those were the story.
Seamless Production, Start to Finish
EO members move fast. They think fast. They connect fast. Our production had to keep pace. General sessions required precise show calling and seamless transitions between speakers, video content, and live moments. Speaker asset coordination meant every presentation deck loaded correctly, every video played on cue, and every microphone was ready before the speaker stepped onstage.
Session recordings captured key presentations, giving event organizers archival content and speakers professional recordings of their talks. Content booth recording captured attendee testimonials—giving members a way to share their experiences and insights with their teams back home. From morning keynotes to evening celebrations, our team stayed ahead of the event—anticipating needs, solving problems before they surfaced, and ensuring every technical element supported the experience EO organizers had envisioned.
Beyond the Ballroom
The conference didn’t stop when general sessions ended. Attendees experienced authentic Texas hospitality through offsite programming, including an evening at the rodeo—bringing the Unbridled theme to life in the most Texas way possible. And when the sun set, a choreographed drone light show lit up the Fort Worth sky, creating a visual spectacle that had everyone talking. These moments outside the conference rooms created the kind of shared experiences that turn connections into lasting relationships.
