About This Event
XCentric took place in Fort Worth and brought together hundreds of EO members from across the region. Over the course of three days, the group heard from world-class speakers, joined breakout sessions, shared stories, and experienced moments they’ll carry home with them, like a surprise drone light show above the Texas sky!
What We Delivered
Mainstage AV Production:
↳ Full audio, visual, and lighting setup with a custom LED video wall to elevate speaker visuals and sponsor integration
Live Show Calling:
↳ Managed cue-to-cue transitions, speaker readiness, and adjusted the run of show in real time to stay locked in.
Content Capture:

Experience Shares – Booth Activation:
↳ Interactive “spin-the-wheel” video prompt station capturing raw reflections and advice from attendees for future marketing.
We set up a digital “spin-the-wheel” activation where attendees could share reflections on camera. Questions like:
“What advice would you give another entrepreneur?”
“What’s a lesson you learned the hard way?”
Their responses turned into authentic, emotional content—perfect for future marketing and a powerful way to spotlight the EO community in their own words.

Live events are never static. We created backup plans for video playback, content swaps, and mic changes so that no hiccup would stall the show. - Early Collaboration
From day one, we worked closely with Coterie Spark and the EO planning team to align on vision, layout, and production needs as the agenda came together. - Support for Every Speaker
This event featured high-level speakers, including seasoned CEOs, bestselling authors, and global thought leaders. We ensured each one received white glove treatment: tech checks, clear show flows, and personalized support to instill confidence and professionalism at every step. - The Branding! So much intention went into bringing the theme to life. From wrapped columns and floor decals to elevator graphics, custom props, and gobos—every visual element tied back to the core message. Even the drone light show in the Texas sky featured EO’s branding. It all worked together to create an experience that felt bold, immersive, and unforgettable.
This event was a reflection of what happens when great planning, a passionate team, and bold entrepreneurs come together.From start to finish, it was thoughtful, high-energy, and dialed in. And now… we’re gearing up for the next one. EO XCentric is headed to Kansas City, Missouri next —and we couldn’t be more excited to partner with them again!
