In the video at the 27-second mark, you’ll see a pre-recorded clip on the left side of someone shooting a confetti cannon. On the right, the same moment unfolds live on stage. Now, imagine doing this at your event: confetti blasts on the screen while real confetti falls from the ceiling. It’s a fun, unforgettable experience for your attendees.
Think about how this could bring your event to life in such unique ways! Imagine at a book signing, you’ve got someone on screen tossing a book, and then—boom!—someone on stage catches the real thing. Or picture a basketball flying across the screen and landing right in someone’s hands on stage. If you want to go all out with an immersive experience, you could show a field of flowers on the screen, and suddenly, the whole room smells like fresh blooms. Or if you’re creating a storm, the lights could flash, and fans could kick in for that dramatic, stormy vibe—kind of like a mini Broadway show! But why stop there? We’ve even toyed around with the idea of having life-sized vertical screens of someone speaking, almost as if they’re actually there in person. It’s an incredible way to bring a speaker to life, even if they can’t be there physically. Another interesting concept is to use LED walls on both sides of a meeting space, with one screen showing a “good cop” or “angel on your shoulder” and the other side displaying the “bad cop” or “devil on your shoulder.” It makes for a dramatic and engaging “show” and can be customized to fit any theme.
